  This is place us have their storage but also recreation. For supply of their need to other their office. It is located at near Narayanhiti Palace. It is so restricted area for other left us authorities. Entire are is cover with cctv. No one is allowed to have pictures of it.

  Rude guards, they simply assume anyone not in their list of access to the center is a wrong "badmadh" person.

  Not for public. Only for American Diplomats. What I don’t like it about this place is, security is unnecessarily tight that even securities sometime do not allow walk from the public footpath. Why public should be restricted to walk from public footpath? Also, photographs are not allowed from outside. If you just stand across that road and start replying a text message, security on other side would rush to you and mis-behave with suspicion that you took the photograph of outer wall of this center.
