  The staff is one of the best ones in the world. Always smiling and accommodating. The hotel has several restaurants with fantastic quality I personally recommend the Chinese and the Indian restaurant is quite good as well. Rooms are quite old but very clean. Great place for weddings. And there is casino on the premises.

  DISAPPOINTED. On arrival we were greeted. However once we were given the keys we were not shown where to go and from this started a dismal stay. Once we entered the room we were thrown off by a terrible smell and noticed the smoke alarm had been covered. Upon finding this we went down to resolve this issue. But after returning from dinner had found nothing had been done, except them closing the curtains. Went to use a bottle of complimentary water for brushing our teeth to find the bottle not sealed and the glass beside it filthy. If I could get negative stars I would.

  One of the most delighted 5 star hotel in town. I love this hotel in each and every aspects. Even government parties are organized here than how can we regret this hotel. Delicious food and loving people's and nice environment and nice casino out there. So its a loving place to be in.😊😊😍😍😍

  Love the environment. Love the staff - really friendly bunch. Only thing a bit disappointing was the menu. Not much selection of Nepali dishes. Other than that, I had a really good time there.
