  Called to see if my parcel was ready to be picked up. Was given another number, called that number, it was 2:35 PM and the woman over the phone, didn't greet, I had to confirm that it was indeed the Post Office. She then quickly said, "Khaja khane time ho, dus minute ma phone garnu na." So everyone in that office went to lunch at 2:35 PM and the woman who picked up the phone bothered to pick up the phone just to say that! It would have taken less than a minute to put the tracking number in the computer and see if my parcel had arrived. Nepal Postal services need a total overhaul and first need a good management if it want to be competitive in today's market. Otherwise, it will be a dinosaur entity if private sector comes up with a better and bigger alternative.

  This office is lies near the Sundhara, near Sahid gate and it is well situated in good status. Building is amazing, very clean everywhere. Security system is convenient Very good service. All the staffs are very good, what a hospitality. All are very polite and service extremely quick. This post office box is very reliable for transfer like governmental, personal, private letters and other postal service. There is no crowd, and all the staffs were busy in the official work. One of the very good example of office which should be in reality. well managed working environment, well managed computers. Well managed working staffs. One of the most important thing is that it gives service from 10 to 5 O'clock.

  Government Postal service provider of Nepal. Provide international and domestic courier, mail service. Very cheap compare to other private courier service provider. Provide Post Box locker for you mails and documents, from where you can collect it. But need a lot of improvement in service.
