  This hotel is average. But, the behavior of staff and manager is good and cooperative. The location of this hotel is not good. Stay with your friends.

  it is very poor. staffs were very rude i once asked them how much time ur resturant is open they reply rudely till 10 pm while i was eating dine with my wife all random stranger staff came with rude attitude. bathroom sink was bad shower too worst trouble ever. kindly plz fix ur staff attitudes from front to ur service staff

  While visiting Butwal I spent a night at Hotel the Mirror Inn. I was not very impress with my stay. The best experience I had from a customer service point of view was on two occasion with two of the staff. At other time not much customer service from the front desk staff. I had a situation where I ask for help at the front desk the person I spoke to told me to wait 15 minutes they will send someone to help me. I waited for around 35 minutes no one showed up. After 35 minutes I return to the front desk. Again they told me someone is on their way. I waited another 20 minutes no one showed I had go and find a work myself. I was not impress with that. The room I was in did not have a sink in the bathroom and the outlets was not working properly. The things I liked was the location of the hotel to the bus park, the make shift AC they put in the room to combat the heat in Butwal, the reasonable price of the room and its location to a few good resturants. Would I return? maybe, just to see if that day was just a bad day or if it is a constant problem with customer service. I will keep you updated if I visit this hotel again.
