  ATM never works. One staff at helping desk looking after 6/7 customers at all times, many of which are first time account openers so takes a looong time ( mostly over half an hour) just to reach her. Went to check my account balance. Took almost an hour

  Worst service ever in this branch They took mare than a week just to provide internet banking service Staffs are the most pathetic and useless even the management team don't take much care about the costumer. If i could make a complain directly to nibl bank than i would definitely do.
