::I got a call from NIBL Thamel branch today regarding an account registered to my number which does not belong to me. This has happened few times before and every time I’ve verified that I have an account there and I’m not the person they are looking for. Today the bank told me that they cannot remove my number and the POLICE might call me. Definitely terminating my account and informing everyone what has happened.

::I called them to ask about my account condition and whoever picked up my call she didn’t response clearly and she just cut the phone. What a cheap service i am totally not satisfied with this. Respect customers

::They have two trailers, for under Rs. 200,000 transaction you can go ground trailer more than that you have to go 3rd story. The service is just ok, have to be in queue for long to get your turn. The ATM also ok, they excuse power cut, most of the time the system gets down.
