::I am so much dissapointed with the service of front dest staff of jalpa chowk branch.she is there for our service but i think she dont know why she is there for. Bank is superb thats why i have an account there but need to think about the front desk staff. Not only me she was rude with many more over there thank you.

::I had an important work regarding my mobile app of nic asia. It was money transfer but my account was blocked. As I called over 30 times to almost all brances.they either ignore or say call Kirtipur which dosent even pick up the call. I spent 50 rupees listening to the bot which asks to type 0 and still couldnt talk to the operator. yesto belama dhoka diyesi lamo k chalaunu banking pani.

::Every thing is superb about this bank but the only problem is its too crowed. i don't know why but every time i go for the service i have to waste my 1 hr time for even small work . May be they have large number of User and customer. i would be better if they had increase the counter
