  Totally dissatisfied with the service of bank. Their guards are not humble. During the pandemic the service i got was worst ,I was supposed to stand outside the bank for coupon at 9 am and bank suppose to open at 11am. That day i cant forget when i went their in emergency and guards didnt let me to enter only i have to ask about cheques at reception.😠😔 Im management student but this is how u guyz manage?.Either manage it well or close the bank.

  They need to add more counters and staffs have to pay more attention to the clients with being polite and gentle.
