  The reality is far worst that what theybsay they are. Dirty room and not-so- friendly staffs will disappoint you. Theres no way I would go back to this property. Had to change the room because the AC was not working and ended up sleeping in a non-AC room.

  Popular hotel resturent and bar of Biratnagar. If you are pure veg, choose another.

  The hotel is fine. Rooms are pretty average.

  One of the worst hotel I ever visited in my whole life till now ... I went there with my wife and a kid .. we looked all the rooms .. deluxe , super deluxe and en suite rooms .... we chose en suite as it was little bit bigger than others.. we found birds nest in ac.. red muddy water inside bathroom ,, Nothing inside refrigerator,, bed and blanket all dusty .. we all got allergic cough ..if we order anything they will say within 5 mins but until 50 mins there is no response and had to call again ..and it was very very expensive .. .. and when we talked to other people outside they told me this is one of the worst hotel and some guests found insects in the food before some time ... so ,,,,please I strongly recommend not to choose this one ... or don’t book online ... don’t book before u check the rooms .. there is a new building under construction so hopefully it will b better in the future .. but till then RIP ..and I forgot to mention , a lot of mosquitoes... whole night We could not sleep .. and next day we had to take our kid to the doctor ...

  Went into the room there was no ac remote, and found out there was no electricity in the room when i tried to turn on the fan, went to bathroom and there were no slippers in bathroom and no soap and shampoo, the tv also does not work in the room, called reception and told all the problems they said they would fix it but no one came to service so had to go down searching for a staff to fix the problems, later went to restaurant for dinner and there was no one to serve so had to go searching for waiter, later at night there was no water in bathroom taps, light went out in the night so mosquitos gave lots of trouble, next day the internet was not working, pathetic service, non responsive staff.. veru frustrating experience
