  Its SBL App is really amazing saves your times at many places. But if you ever go to the Bank Teller its the one of the worst experience. On 2nd April 2018 I entered the Hattisar Head Office when the Counter was C59 at 11:15 and waited for 45 min it moved to C64. Then I had to go talk to the manager and then in the next 15 minutes almost all the cue were gone. The counter moved to C79 in matter of few minutes. Their teller staffs were taking cash and cheques from those not in the Cue must have been their friends and relatives. And the Teller staffs they are rude must be their Permanent Job.

  Good service but very poor customer service. The employee seriously need training for proper way of customer handling. If the customers are not treated right , there is alwaz other choices which provide far better customer service and other service as well.
