  Envíe muchos sobres a mis amigos desde Nepal a Chile, los cuales nunca llegaron a destino. No dan ningún recibo tampoco, muy mal servicio.

  They have never been able to deliver posts to my home address in years. Postal office should strictly follow postal codes and house numbers assignment but we haven't seen that.
