  I tried several times to get an appointment via phone to counselor. There was no response. On top of that they do not receive our call. Is there any alternative number or any other option to get an appointment? Please suggest

  The staffs are very very friendly. I had my Student visa interview in the embassy, they will talk to you as a friend. I have never experienced such warm heartened interview. I didn't even realize that I was attending an interview, they will make you so much comfortable.
