::Try to get a room near the balcony if u wish to. Connect to hotel's wifi. You wont get wifi if u are given a room at the end of the hallway. Overall hotel is decent. Not the best rooms though. They provide hot water 24/7.

::It's not that costly . Service is really good for students and young people travelling in Nepal with low budget . Wifi service is not good inside the room . Room rent can be negotiated but make sure in which currency the hotel offering you the service, is it IC or NC. Overall a very good hotel for young and Bechaler people . It's very close to Thamel and you can easily walk to any place you want from here .
