  Quite an historical palace to stay. Wooden craft work and paintings could be noticed all over this beautiful palace. The lobby is very airy and decorated with Chandeliers. The room is spacious and clean although this is completely renovated. The bathtub could have been cleaner and maintained well. Would have appreciated if there were more options for the breakfast spread. A good park and pool setting is available. The location is pretty apt for a comfortable stay.

  The hotel is good and rooms are spacious. Food is good. It is to be said that it was king's home and they have converted into hotel and the only thing is you have to walk approx 0.5km from the entrance gate till hotel. Rest its good.

  Love the beautiful building and the location was great. I had a very pleasant few days thanks to the superb service. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. To top it up, my friend changed some dollars and got very good exchange rates, much better than what I got in Australia.

  Nice place to stay, receptionist had poor customer service, initially allowing a 1:30pm check out but then calling at 1 saying I have gone past the check out time and then threatening that I'll have to pay for another night should i not immediately leave the room... Great way to treat your customers.

  Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable room. Food was good. Little problem at check-out. One restaurant meal was paid cash at time. They added it on at check-out. Simpler to add it to bill at time. Get receipts! They searched back on days to find it was paid,or just gave up with my persistence I don’t know. Through it all would stay again for the old world heritage feel.
