  Me: Do you guys have rooms available starting tomorrow? Staff: No. No Rooms. *Hangs up. I had just called to inquire, and was shocked at their lack of customer service. I get it, you may be getting bookings - but don't be rude. This was literally how the conversation went.

  beautiful hotel. noisy heater system in the room. really cold breakfast. totally indifferent staff. this could have been the best hotel in Kathmandu, if it were run properly. oustanding garden architecture.
