  Nice and cozy place in heart of the city. Unique by its staff. Very helpful management, guides for your every outing or outside visit and purchase.

  Hotel staff is extremely helpful. The lobby is cozy and very welcoming. There was always hot water and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant next door was also very convenient and the food was good. Next time I am in Kathmandu, I will stay there.

  I would like to recommend this hotel to all my friends. They have hot water, and the staff was very nice. They really seemed to care about their customers very much. When we went to the airport, they couldn't provide their own driver, so they paid a taxi for us. What I really liked about the hotel was they worked really hard for the customer service. I will definitely go back here if I visit Kathmandu.

  Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing particularly wrong with the place, but I have down-graded it to a 4 star simply because the value for the money isn't as good as other places in the area.
