::The corporate building at Hattisar, Kathmandu with its iconic 'pointy' structure has been designed to house the Khetan Group of Companies - Laxmi Bank, Everest Insurance, Gorkha Brewery & Himalayan Snacks & Noodles. The building consists of two basements and a high tech structure with structural steel work to tie the building sections during earthquakes. This building was designed with the idea of facilitating all kinds of financial activities and minute requirements of banking functions. Major functional activities in vault area, security area, banking hall, management areas as well as public flow and considerations for fire safety were given importance while designing and planning.
