  One of the worst banks there is in the region. And I can not stress it enough when I say worst. The staffs are incompetent, and are incapable of handling even petty little issues that are part of everyday banking transactions. Once, they rejected my cheque stating the signature on the cheque doesn't have the same "flow" as the records, although both the signatures were almost identical. Upon enquiring they kept repeating the "flow" thing. Never heard that from any bank in my entire life. To make it worse, one time they demand the cheque issuing party to be present in bank to withdraw cash, although the cheque was issued in my name. What is the point of issuing a cheque if the issuer needs to be there in the bank to encash the same cheque. Also, their operations staffs are slower than a Koala. You need to wait at least 30 minutes, even when there is no queue, before they spare you some attention. The staff always seem super busy to attend customers. 1 star is too much for this pathetic bank. Never open an account here, or you will be victimized like me.
