  Being one of the oldest branch of the oldest bank of Nepal, it has maintained a considerately good service while compared with branches of other governmental banks and branches of the same bank. After the fire broke few years ago, it has been renovated as a good looking and fancy, but service quality remains average if you compare among other government banks.

  above star for the speed of service bank provide to customer. At least an hour of waiting for just to cash a cheque . Pick hour and only 2-3 counter open very very disappointing, I can't recommend anyone .
