  Bad way of treating staff they need to get the hospitality training sessions There are some improvements.after I send few dissatisfactions to their manager.

  Worst capital. Phone is always busy. Even don't pick up the phone. Also they are cutting the line without receiving.

  No one picks up the phone and the phpnr number is messed up
