  I work out there,good place,good coach ,reasonable fees ,fully equipped,lack of new equipment but option are there ,6 days in a week ,Saturday close,not very crowded ....lots after free space for aerobics.

  Nice place. Separate prices for automatic and manual treadmills. Separate workout rooms for male and female. Affordable and comfortable.

  Friendly trainers with good teaching skill. Prefer this gym center rather then any other around maitidevi,Gyaneshwor, ratopul,kalopul
