  Always crowded, slow process, staffs are not that much helpful. Need to update the system like token system etc.....No drinking water facility. Whole office seems to mess. Not enough place to sit and wait. I myself stand about 10/ 15 minutes every time. Files were not properly handled, i submitted one form an they just put there without caring which if took anybody noone can notice.

  This bank is one of the worst banks which always does mistakes while giving money.😡😡😡 Of the kalanki branch
