  Utterly unprofessional staff. Should be ashamed to call itself a major bank. First, there is zero respect from staff towards customers. I guess they forget customers run their business and pay their salaries as soon as they get out of business school and get on that chair. Ladies on the “customer service” are the rudest ones. They don’t even hesitate to give out wrong info like -“it can’t be done here” when the next person comes in says “we can do it here”. Second, Prabhu bank should train their staff well. They make everyone wait for no apparent reason and unless someone asks for three to four times about what’s happening with their issue they respond back with something. It’s not like customers putting their money in THEIR bank but them doing a big FAVOR for public by being open. Lastly, being open in a third world country doesn’t mean the service should be third class! I will never ever do any business with this bank in my LIFE. And will suggest anyone who banks here or try to bank here not to do so by reminding how incompetent and disrespectful this institution and its staffs are towards their customers!

  Very rude behaviour of staff. Doesn't know how to respect their customers. I visited the bhairwa branch bank just to enquire of renewel of my firm's EXIM CODE but They made us wait for hours since the morning without giving much attention. There was no rush in the bank, it was almost empty as it was morning time during covid-19 situation. Bank with big name and Good interiors and building doesn't know how to treat its customers. Never ever in my life i am going to recommended this poor bank to any of my contacts .
