  Poor management start from the Bank Manger . I think this is the worst bank in Pokhara in Customer Service & other thing . Unless management sack the manager i think we wouldn't get better services . Please teach all the staffs about what Customer Service is ?

  Worst service. It’s staff so called Lal Kant is so arrogant and do not listen.
