  Very poor ATM service, the Atm rarely works anywhere in Kathmandu, always have to withdraw through other banks, needs big improvements in the form of reliable ATM services, speedy responses to customers. People expect a lot better from you.

  Good service. Small parking. No lift for disabled persons.

  It is situated in baneshwor road that goes mid baneshwor , old baneshwor and gaushala . ATM machine services are not working nicely . Mostly people have to stand in line for cash and deposit although it token system because token machine is not working . But people can enjoy there watching TV until there turn comes . It has wash room too and parking area for wheel chair too .
