  Unprofessional staffs and mediocre service. I have to visit multiple times and wait hours just to open a DEMAT Account. Avoid it!

  Customer care service isnot satisfied/good one.If one has to renew bank account, he/she has to wait atleast 4 days.Just a simple renewal of bank account for mobile Banking service.why? --Staff forgot to address the details for renewal of bank account. Such a negligence.They dont care where they came from. How difficult is to wait for long long hours just to renew account WHAT A BANK AND SERVICE! 'A CLASS' THEY SAID.
