  If I could give zero or negative stars for this company I would. Horrible company, dishonest people. Ordered cake for my mom's birthday 11 days prior to delivery. Paid via paypal and confirmed details on the 3rd day after payment. On the day of delivery got told to wait till 5pm for delivery, at 5:30 they advised payment was never received whereas clearly there is evidence they got the payment ( paypal is the proof, they just came up with a lousy excuse) . No apology nothing, offered to send another CHEAP cake FROM DIFFERENT HOTEL WHEN I PAID FOR SOMETHING ELSE at the last minute. Please avoid it at all cost, they ruined my suprise for my mother and had to ring multiple times from overseas. The customer service is appalling, trying to blame the customer for their own mistake. Very rude and unapologetic. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, PURE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE WORST EVER!
