  I have been going to APC for more than eight years now & I am highly satisfied with their service. I get my annual medical check up done & I have been getting excellent advice from Dr. Denis Shrestha. Although a cardiac specialist Dr. Denis has been my mom’s doctor too. She suffers from chronic asthma which got very bad several years ago. She was checked into a hospital and seen by one of Nepal’s leading pulmonologist but sadly many doctors in Nepal seem to care more about their stature or money & this particular doctor gave my mom no more than 2 minutes of his time. My mom was prescribed more than 10 different drugs when she was released from the hospital. Since her asthma had started to affect her heart I sought Dr. Denis’s advice and he cut down half of her medicines. My mom has since recovered very well and two years ago I took her to Delhi where the pulmonologist who checked her confirmed the medication she was on & told her there’s nothing to worry about. My trust in Dr. Denis has since increased even more. The best part of APC is that they give you genuine personalized care. They are not after amassing wealth like most hospitals and doctors in Nepal. That is the primary reason I would recommend APC to everyone looking for genuine medical advice in a world that has become greedy.

  This clinic is just unprofessional & unethical. The way they provide services would be easily considered malpractice by any western standards. First they misdiagnosed me basing their diagnosis merely on looking at me. When I insisted on having an actual lab test, they had me sit in the lab that was filthy. And then I found out that the tests they ran and charged me for had nothing to do with the supposed diagnosis they were “testing” for. I had made numerous calls and sent emails first to the doctor, and then to the heads of the clinic, asking to talk with them, but nobody called or emailed back. Not to mention that, for such inadequate service, they still charge you as a foreigner more than five times the stated fee on their website. If they want to charge us more for supposedly conforming with the higher western medical standards, then they should adhere to higher ethical, responsible, and accurate medical practices. I will be filing a complaint with their medical board. It is a shame that Nepalis who may not be educated about basic medical standards of practice are probably unaware that this clinic is haphazardly handing out inaccurate diagnosis and not utilizing the correct testing methods to verify their assertions.

  Recently, I needed urgent medical attention whilst on holiday in Kathmandu. Fortunately, I was referred to the Advanced Poly Clinic, where Dr Denis Shrestha & his medical team provided prompt & very professional medical care. Dr Denis was exceptional in his patient care. I would recommend the Advanced Poly Clinic to anyone needing medical care in Kathmandu.

  This clinic provides very good and comfortable service, without having to wait for hours. I have been conducing my check up regularly in this clinic. The different health packages can be customized to ones need.

  Recently I went with my father for his check up and he received good amount of time and attention from the doctor ( Dr Denis) to answer all his questions which is often not entertained by many reputed doctors in big hospitals in Nepal.
