  It's magnificent as compared to most hotels in Biratnagar. Located right next to the bus station, it is very hard to miss. However the management leaves a lot to be desired.

  One of the best hotel in Biratnagar with enough parking space, spacious and comfortably furnished rooms, Mini Casino, Swimming pool and Banquet halls.

  I had good stay at Ratna Hotel as per Biratnagar standards. Also food was nice and tasty.

  Service quality is need to be improve. Staff behaviour is not so good, as i saw some freshers are there who don't have simple knowledge about their guest minimum requirement. So called 4 star hotel is not so worthy.
