::Location: 5 star Staff: 5 star Service: 5 star Toilet in my room: 2 star Cozy and friendly place to stay, they have nice multilevel terraces. Overall nice place with the value of money.

::I had a double deluxe room, it had no shower curtains even though it had rims for showering curtains so toilet seats get wet. Bathroom shelf for shampoo was broken, tap for cold shower required a little more effort to close. Tap for toilet water leaks for flushing. For price was not so worth it. Rounded to $49 us 3 nights. Room was spacious though and had balcony just outdide. Staff was friendly, net disconnects often.

::Fairly cheap, but a bit tired looking. Small annoyances like windows and doors that wouldn't hold shut so allowed mosquitoes in. Since there's a denque outbreak happening right now it was a little more than the usual irritation. Some nice terrace spaces, but definitely needs some TLC. Doesn't seem forthcoming with the current cohort of staff and management.

::Modern lobby and nice staff. However, the room is very rundown. Nothing is functioning in the bathroom: leaky toilet, malfunctioning shower head, malfunctioning sink water tap. The windows are disturbingly dirty and don't close well. Everything is old. Very noisy room during the night, noise coming from outside but also from the vacuum cleaner at 2am from one of the staff. Dirty carpet. Damp towels and bad linens. Old TV set. The hotel has potential though. It has several teraces with flower pots. If they maintained the rooms properly, upgraded the book selections on the isle, and upgraded the teraces, it could be a more welcoming place.
