  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. They are not service oriented. When I send a check with Prakash Kadel (Ford Showroom, Pokhara) they just ignore it only because they don't like him. It would be good to call me if the sign in the check do not match exactly. But they don't call me. More than that they said to him that I should visit the bank. This happened on 03/14/2016 and I visited the bank to make the signs on 03/14/2016. This again happened today (04/01/2016). This time also they didn't call me and they just ignore him. However I called the customer service today, but still they said I should go there. The person in customer service dropped the call without ending the conversation. Here, my question is; if I should visit the bank every time then what is the purpose of check? It would be better if they play a role of mediator and provide good service to us. For example, they can verify if I am the right person or not by contacting me using the contact details I provided already.
