::Though one of the top bank of Nepal, I found the staff @ Gongabu Branch not friendly and co-operative. Thought they were happy if customer does not take services from them, it was just like bothering them. ATM service is great @Gongabu. There is minimum down time relative to other Banks ATM @ same location. e-Banking and other e-services are moderate.
