  Yesterday it was my experience with Airport Hotel. I was there fora wedding party. I parked my scooter in the parking-lot. What I noticed that the fuel from my bike was totally stolen, and it was in reserve. I left the bike half-filled tank and while collecting my bike it was in in reserve level. I am sorry to say that my first impression with your hotel was very dismal. You deserve to be "TEL CHOR HARU KO HOTEL". Please talk to your staff and people, its not good at all for you to have such image. At least I carry you to be a profile as TEL CHOR HOTEL. Please help yourself. For me its only a matter of 2-300 rupees, but being image as TELCHOR for your HOtel is too bad. Take this serious and improve your IMAGE please.

  There is no hygiene Laundry - if inner wear has sleeves they charge it as T shirt which really a comedy- GM always not available - that's another positive point. The only person to meet is Mr Nayapani From the restaurant he is well experienced and the best Buffet is worst - they don't what is breakfast

  Front desk staff was not at all cooperative and no Manager on duty. Customer service was pathetic and appalling! They were happy to lose $200 for the sake of $15. Wanted to have a shower but no hot water. Ran the tap for 20 minutes but still no hot water but all I got was dirty/filthy/yellowish water but no hot water. The infos on the websites are very deceiving and provide nothing what they promise for. Went to Marinha Airport Hotel restaurant nearby for evening meal instead with a group of 6 where we were treated like the Royals. Their service/food were excellent and delicious!!!

  Summit Residence Hotel is convenient and comfortable and a high class hotel for International travelers. It is located in front of the Airport's main entrance in a walking distance. It has a beautiful view of the City of Kathmandu from its 360° rotating restaurant. Accepts Cashless payment as they accept VISA, MASTERCARD etc
