  Staff are so rude as if we are asking their money. It's bit challenging over this bank to take our own money. Very disappointing.

  Went there today to make an enquiry about an existing bank account. Although the receptionist responded with positive assurance but the m*****er didn't solve my issue and wasn't polite. Not satisfied with their customer service.
