  Not satisfy with the customer service... It's been a months bt stl my demat account is under process I personally visited thrice for my demat account and the call they are not receiving, but all ready took the charge for the same... Disgusting customer representatives.

  NICASIA BANKis one of the "A" grade licenced bank in Nepal having its network branch all over the country. Mobile banking, sms banking, I-banking services, Debit credit cards are offered by the bank. Bank with a good service. Satisfied!

  Friendly people, helpful and gracious. One employee (Archana Tiwari) was very helpful during my visit at the bank. I will definitely bank with them again! 😊
