  I thought it was a good bank (Nabil Bank Ltd Kausaltar) but I was wrong. When I call them from abroad to know that why money is not deposited in my bank. One lady picked up the call from reception she was so rude. She said that she need to asked to other but didn’t came back with the answer and she knew that I called her from abroad spending lots of money. After while I call again and that time she transferred my call to other guy and he was also the same. I felt like, I was calling some government office to make things clear. I have been part of this bank more than 2 yrs. It was a morning time and I don’t think they can ignore like that to the customer.

  Great location Great staff It is at koushaltar station The bank consist of ATM box near the main gate of the building and the bank is on 2nd floor. It contains parking outside the bank as well. Opening Hour: 10 :00 AM to 3:00 PM(Sun to Thu) Friday : Upto 1 AM The bank will be close on public holiday.

  I am very much impressed to the bank employees with customer focus mindset. Thank you very much for your good service. Yes, off course there are some improvement point , such as, there is too much crowd in front of service counter. It would be appreciated if that could be organized. Regards.
