  Customer service is very poor. Even the most least rated government bank has service better than NIC Asia. Took me half a day to renew my account to withdraw 30,000. Worst banking experience I have had in Nepal.

  That bank is making shady deals, they don’t inform clearly before conclusion of a deal Taking foreign currency, but later no more returning to the same conditions

  I am really unsatisfied with @NIC ASIA Bank Pulchowk's service, today I gave a cheque of some amount to one of my colleague, he went to bank and the "Lady with the glasses" who was sitting on the cash/cheque withdraw counter told my colleague that the my signature was incorrect , I was in a very urgent meeting to ask her to verify the cheque via phone call which i entered while opening the account but the lady refused and asked me to visit the bank. This happened before time and again only with this particular lady, NIC Asia Bank does not understand the value of costumer's time. I also faced issue with some documents and paper works , they are very unclear about the document they need and they do not follow up clients regarding missing of documents. I personally Had to visit 5 times to get a work done , and they were informing in installments regarding the necessary documents. Worst Service Ever.
