  Im not sure if the phone numbers in their site are even right. They never pick it up. I got some other numbers from the telecom service line but those are never picked up either. I went with this bank because they have more ATMs than other banks but that alone does not make it a good service. NIBL should definitely make a proper hotline. I cannot go to the bank for every small inquiries.
