  Customer service is very poor. Had to wait a long queue and it was not managed properly. The staffs were also not so friendly. Shouting here and there. Needs to do a lot to improve the customer service. The staffs seem to dwell on their own chit-chats rather than providing better service for the customers. Bad experience.

  Worst customer service. staff provided wrong information regarding depositing a check. I had to wait for 40 minutes for no apparent reason. Please educate staff regarding your policy, protocols, and daily standard operating procedures.

  Customer Service too much occupied with their own girls stuffs. One customer was complaining that he got the call from Newroad branch to collect the Visa Debit Card from Newroad and there in Newroad he couldn't get the that card and he was shouting while i was on my way for statement collection of my own bank account and that was also too slow..
