  २०७६ फागुन को तेश्रो हप्ता Account Transfer & Closing काम लिएर यो बैंक Butwal Branch मा पुगेको थिए / मलाई यो बैंक एउटा मालपोत अड्डा को भन्दा पनि गए गुज्रिएको पाए । मेरो काम गर्न ५ पटक तारेख दिइयो र अन्त्य मा कार्यालय प्रमुख सम्मनै पुग्नु पर्ने बिबसता भयो । कर्मचरिहरु ले आफुलाई मालिक र ग्रहाकलाई कमैया जतो ब्याबहार गरेको पाए । आफैले राखेको आफ्नै पैसा झिक्न यति धेरै मेहेनत गर्नुपरेको मेरो जीवनकै पहिलो अनुभव लिदै फर्के । यस्ता कुरामा ध्यान दिएर बैंकको ( Customer service & Relation) ग्राहक संगको सम्बध र सेवामा सुधार गर्न नसके भबिस्य के होला ? हुनत देशका सबै निकायको हालत यस्तै छ सिक्ने कहाबाट ?

  I had account since 2009 in Nibl ,, I had opened an account from ktm ,, the customer service was excellent in ktm but from first day to last day in Butwal the customer service in the front desk there are two men’s who are too careless with the customers documents as well as one of them don’t have any manners,,,to deal with the customers.... he don’t have any politeness...
