  If I had an opportunity to give this bank 0 stars, I would have gladly given it. I am ashamed to say that I have been with this bank for more than 6 years. Their customer service was decent in the beginning, but lately it has gone south. Because of their reputation, I opened savings and demat accounts in this bank and even convinced some of my friends to do so. However, now I am beginning to regret my decision and sooner or later, I am gonna deactivate all of my accounts and services with this bank. NMB's customer service is bonkers, to be honest. Once while shopping in Bhatbhateni with NMB debit-card, POS system charged me twice for the purchased items. I went to NMB bank to settle the transaction. For that, I had to fill up a form, which I gladly did. But even after 1.5 months, they hadn't even responded to my application. After several repeated calls and follow-ups, finally, it was settled. About a few days ago, I was trying to withdraw money from their ATM, but the amount was not dispensed due to some technical error. Regardless, I got a text mentioning that the said amount has been deducted from my account. I am still doing follow-ups to settle this fiasco. Gosh, I am done with this bank now.
