  It was so stressful that it took 2 week to open a account.Watchman is just always sitting in chairs what is his job?? Only 2 stafs in front desk and they looked like intern. They were like may be, im not sure when i asked questions. The desk was surrounded by lots of customers. why cant they manage customer one by one? Why head office cant even notice such minor problems too ?? Why cant you keep one information desk for costumers who have minor questions?
