  I don't know who declared this bank the best Bank of the year but it has the worst costumer service and worst ATM service.

  I am refering to NMB branch near traffic chowk. Worst customer service experienced today . Bank is constructed in such a way there is no ventilation and space for customer to breathe. I needed a voucher for check deposit and had to go to three different desk. One lady (I believe she was senior there ) had no interest to help me , she was rather irritated and busy with personal phone call, giggling and not bothered by crowd of people near her desk . I was send from desk to desk , spent 2.5 hours in line to find out I was not supposed to be there. After all these hurdles I had to return to so called "madam" in desk and she completely to refused to see my voucher saying I have to go to other desk to validate something. I do not want to offend those 2 counter attendant in cash /deposit desk. They were doing there job well . My concern is with other remaining NMB BANK staffs who had no idea how that voucher worked. People were passing there bulk and no one really wanted to help . You guys need to train your staff basic communication skills . Plus your bank insfrastructure is worse than cattle shed . Aircondition is equal to none. I can't imagine how those staff work there everyday .
